We do not retain any credit card information on this site. All credit card transactions are handled via a secure service provided by HSBC Secure ePayments. Data is transmitted to HSBC Secure ePayments using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information during transmission.

Delivery and Handling Charges:

Delivery charges are at a flat rate of £4.50. However, deliveries to Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland and Channel Islands maybe subject to an additional handling charge. We try our utmost to dispatch orders within 2 business days and deliver within 5. Where products are out of stock we will notify you via email or telephone that we are waiting for stock of the item, or offer an exchange, or refund for the missing item.

Delivery times can only be estimated as a commercial carrier is used.

All deliveries require a signature; therefore try to use an address that is not unattended. On our confirmation email, a consignment number will be given to you for Parcel Force deliveries. By doing so, you can track the status of your delivery via the Parcel Force web site. Parcel Force will attempt two deliveries after which your order will have to be collected from their depot.

MilkeeBoo Collections Returns Policy complies with "The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000".

1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at sales@milkeeboopets.com with the order number and the product condition within 24 hours of receipt to obtain an authorisation number for returns. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.

2. Damaged/defective items delivered must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped along with the returns authorization number. After we receive the product, we will examine and test the defect of the item(s).

3, If we find the defect described in your email, we will ship you a replacement for the defective item(s). Otherwise, the original item will be shipped back to you.

4. Goods returned for any other reason must be in pristine condition with labels attached and all original packing in tact. In order to return goods you must first email MilkeeBoo Collections at sales@milkeeboopets.com and return the goods within 7 working days from receipt of the goods. MilkeeBoo Collections will refund the purchased price of the item(s) excluding postage and packaging costs. MilkeeBoo Collections reserves the right not to refund item(s) that are not returned in a re-saleable condition.

5. If you purchase an item that is the wrong size we will exchange it for another size (or give a refund if no appropriate size is available/exists excluding any postage and packing costs) providing they are returned in the conditions mentioned in (4.). Additional postage costs at the same rate as your original order maybe applied. With this in mind we ask that you please measure your pet correctly before placing an order. Should you need any assistance with selecting the right size please e-mail us and we will help you.

6. We recommend that you send your return via a reliable carrier and we are not responsible for lost returns.

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. You may cancel your order in total without reason up to 24 hours after you receive the order. Goods returned must be in pristine condition with labels attached and all original packing in tact. In order to return goods you must first email MilkeeBoo Collections at sales@milkeeboopets.com and return the goods within 7 working days from receipt of the goods. MilkeeBoo Collections will refund the purchased priced of the item(s) excluding postage and packaging costs. MilkeeBoo Collections reserves the right not to refund item(s) that are not returned in a re-saleable condition and we reserve the right to charge for postage if goods have already been shipped.

Product Enquiries & Suggestions:

All requests for service and support of products should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any damage caused by your pet or regular wear and tear to the merchandise.
